andaaz fashion made it very easy to stitch a plus size customised indian ethnic outfits, they assisted me very well right from when I enquired about the outfits till my outfit reached me.

The item i receive is of different green. MILO tin green becomes school uniform green. Material in catalogue is textured with pattern but product receive is plain school uniform green. I complain but they insist is same!!!! ?
The company return call and we are come to agreement to replace with another waist coat of similar bright colour material.
Tought of giving them a chance. But they are just cheaters. Already 2 months, Andaaz has not come back with a replacement. Sweet talk, no action.

I recently tried to buy an outfit for my sisters wedding, and decided to buy 2 weeks before the occasion. At first I was asked to pay an additional charge because I requested for a size 50 kurta. I paid the additional charge and my order was posted after 2 days. To my dismay they sent me the wrong size. I contacted them again telling them how they sent me the wrong size and they said they will forward the issue to the concerned team. This took another 2 days, where they then told me to send the outfit back and then they will send me the correct size. I told them that there wasn’t enough time for that as there is only a week left and I don’t think they can replace it in time if I return the wrong size. I then told them that I will keep the size 42 and give it to my brother and I will order another outfit of size 50, I paid the requested sum of money and placed the order. I contacted them again on Tuesday ( 20th of April 2021) asking them the status of my order as I need it on the 23rd. Without any remorse they told me that there is no size for that particular design and it will take 10 days to make and deliver. I told them that’s too late for me and I need to look for something else. I asked for a refund but they even tried to make me take store credit instead. I told them that I want a refund , which they then proceeded to tell me that they will only refund the amount I paid for the 2nd order, which means I have paid extra for the first order for no exact reason. This whole company is a scam and all they do is make empty promises and make you pay money. They care about nothing else. I have attached pictures of the chat in which I made my purchases.
Never will I ever trust this company or this website ever again.

I am very small sized and it is very difficult for me to find an indian out that fits me and on top of that with a very last minute shopping notice, I was sure I was not able to find an outfit for my event until I found Andaaz!
Their website is user friendly, and the biggest plus is they designate a personal shopper for you. Mine was Shashi, she helped me with my measurements and most of all she assured me that all I needed will be delivered in 3 days and that the outfit will fit me perfectly
And yes, all i wanted was granted and more. The outfits were of great quality and looked even more beautiful when seen upfront!Thank you Shashi and Andaaz! I will only buy from you and will recommend it to everyone.
