Berbisnes tak jujur dan pengendalian tak professional . Tak tepati janji . Menipu duit customer.
Dishonest business and unprofessional handling. Not keeping promises. Cheating customer money.

Sorry not sorry .. Butik ni guna duit customer dulu sebelum dan tanpa customer dapat apa2 service .. Company lain, inform majlis cancel trus dpt refund xde hold duit customer pun .. Saya bukan book catering makanan utk beli bahan mentah ke apa . saya book utk baju n fotografer n pelamin which xde alasan la kan guna duit customer sebelum customer dpt service ..Saya bayar kat satu tangan je .Boleh pulak bila minta refund , butik ckp duit customer byr tu dh xde and kene tunggu pihak lain bayar , minta tempoh utk bayar .. tapi seriously butik ni mmg tak bertanggungjawab langsung ,tak amanah. Malang sungguh nasib deal dgn butik ni utk hal wedding saya . disebabkan pkp yg berpanjangan dan sy langsung tak dpt teruskan majlis sbb x cukup dana. Duit yg saya bayar kt butik ni setahun baru dpt refund . Dah booked utk satu pakej , mula2 ckp bayar satu depo .. bila tiba masa refund butik tolak utk dua depo sesuka hati .Langsung takde inform saya berkenaan hal ni main telan je duit orang (xde deal dua depo masa pembayaran) . resit (hard copy) x bagi . Buat saya macam pengemis bila saya minta wang saya dikembalikan. Rude boss n staff . Tak reti nak explain elok2. Yang dia tahu " orang lain bayar berbelas ribu xde bising pun " . dia boleh jawab mcm ni .. Dia janji tarikh sekian , bila smpai waktu tarikh tu senyap xde update .sangat tak professional. padahal saya dah bagi tempoh masa yang panjang (setahun) utk proses refund tersebut . . "service "out" . hmm sory la . cancel.. Sy mmg xkan halalkan duit yg dia tipu saya tu . . len kali duit org jangan sesuka hati je guna buat bayar benda yg xde kene mengena dgn pakej yg diambil .. bukan tanggungjawab customer nk kene ambik tau keadaan company u mcm mana. Lack of money nk bayar sewa kedai ke apa .itu sume hal management .Customer pay for service only . Kalau x pandai run bussiness baik2 , tutup jela jgn menyusahkan customer .
Sorry not sorry .. This boutique uses the customer's money first before and without the customer to get any service .. Another company, inform the ceremony to cancel then can refund xde hold customer money too .. I do not book food catering to buy raw materials to what. I booked for clothes, a photographer and a couch, which is the reason why I use the customer's money before the customer can be serviced .. I pay with one hand. ask for a period to pay .. but seriously this boutique is not directly responsible, not trustworthy. Unfortunately, I was lucky to deal with this boutique for my wedding. due to the prolonged pkp and sy could not continue the ceremony because there were enough funds. The money I paid for this boutique can only be refunded for a year. Already booked for one package, start paying for one depot .. when it's time to refund the boutique, deduct for two depots at will. receipt (hard copy) x for. Make me like a beggar when I ask for my money back. Rude boss n staff. Tak reti nak explain elok2. All he knew was "other people pay tens of thousands xde noisy too". He can answer this way .. He promised such a date, when the time comes, the date is silent, he will update. Very unprofessional. even though I have given a long period of time (a year) for the refund process. .
