β β β β β This review can be divided into two; one for the owner and one for the visitor.
This place is quite a nice place to live in. Not too crowded, and house size is good. One downside is that each block has no lift. So you have to walk up or down which is bad for the elderly or those who are not able bodied. The service here is great, the apartment corridor clean daily so it doesn't smell bad. The trash are picked up daily, sometimes few times daily, so nothing to be worried about.
While this place is nice for the owner, it is not so great if you have regular visitor. Visitor can't park overnight without first registering with the office few days before. Visitor parking is available for 6 hours, by which security would call even in the middle of the night for the visitor to remove their car.
