β β β β β Booked for Happy Birthday balloon on 3rd Dec for event on 5th Dec. Payment done upfront on the 3rd. Time set to pickup for 1230H on 5th Dec. So I went ahead and book for event place and time to suits the time for the balloon pickup. All set. Cake arrived. Guest arrived. And here I am hour later, at 1330H still waiting for balloon in this shop. And I can heard the staffs talking at the back, βingat orang tak ada kerja lain, request refund tapi nak cepat". Heard from few friends didn't recommend this place, I thought by booking 2-3 days early it won't happen to me. ? So that's it. Unprofessional, expensive and unreliable. First experience here. Definitely going to be the last.

β β β β β Yep, as other people has said in the reviews. Bad service and rude staff, as you can also judge by the way the owner replies to the bad reviews here (and I suspect the same response to my review as well).
Arrange for pick up at 1.30 pm the next day. Arrived at 2.30, and it was not ready. They didnt even know about the order. But whats worse is that one of the staff is incredibly rude! Dah lah minta maaf pun tak ada, and then have the audacity to sound kita balik when I was being grumpy. It should be understandable that I am grumpy since you never did my order that I have paid well in advanced, and I have to wait there like stupid, and you never apologize once! Never ordering from you again!
