★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad really frustrated by service. Applied moratorium. But still deducting everymonth. The money just disappeared.when asked will be refunded in two weeks time, advice from them ' kindly check your account balance '. I like a crazy being checking everyday. It has been 30 days since I have reported this incident. Called today again, they ask me to wait another one more week the money will be refunded. Very disappointed ☹️ bad service. Very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They have a big public parking ground adjacent to this place with a nominal fee which is good and advisable to take as it is difficult to do road side parking because of the kerbs as well as regular enforcement by the authorities.
2. That said, we were walk-in clients and the entrance desk officer confirmed if there was room to squeeze us after checking with the relevant officer.
3. After a short queue, wifey met the officer and from discussions we found out monthly deductions were properly made but was directed by a certain bank to initially transfer it via a Bank Cooperative which incidentally happened to be in a far away state that was probably rolling the monthly deductions and not forwarding it to the Bank.
4. The bank was still uncoperative and it was only after we reported the matter to Bank Negara that no action be taken against us and that future payment be made directly to the bank. Had we not consulted ANGKASA, we most probably be taken to court by the Bank.
