★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm surprised to see 2 Malay lady doctors treating my Axl. I hope my dog could get better and eager to have follow up treatment with the doctors again. They are very kind and giving good advise too. I would recommend others with pet for this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told about this clinic when my son googled to find a vet for my unwell (old) dog. I was surprised to find 2 Malay young ladies at the vet one of which is a UPM veterinarian Doctor. Both the ladies were very comfortable with my dog and they were also very comforting to me and my wife, who took the dog there. They caressed the dog and gave us a lot of advice during the diagnosis. These 2 ladies are awesome animal lovers and it showed in their compassion towards my dog. Thumbs up to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited this clinic to end my dog's suffering life. To my surprise I was greeted by a female Malay Vet (Sorry didn't get her name). She has done a very good job by both her profession as well as being a caring person to take care of the owner's feeling during the process of "losing" your loved pet. She patted him, and utter good wishes which was a noble attitude towards animal. Kudos to you, and keep up the good work you are doing dear...!!! Will definitely recommend this clinic to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some may complain that this clinic is a bit expensive and I have to agree BUT I can assure you this clinic OFFERS YOU THE BEST SERVICE. WHY?
1. It opens until 7.30 so those who work until 5.30 will still have time to bring your pets after work
2. The vet NEVER say no to a patient unlike some clinics especially nearing the closing hour. True story✅ I was desperate to save my cat and was rejected by a clinic despite telling the staff that it was an emergency. Luckily I googled and found this clinic. It was raining heavily that day and I was so relieved that the vet still accepted my cat though it was nearing closing hours. The vet even stayed after working hours to treat my cat.
3. It was public holiday the next day and the vet personally went to check on my cat and even texted me to update the conditions of my cat.
4. The vet entertained my questions after any treatments through phone call @ whatsapp
5. The vet kindly wrote a report for the next vet as I had to bring my cat for an xray and having a report helped the process tho she didnt have to
6. The vet was kind and treated my cats well.
Starting from then, I take my cats to here despite the fact that it is quite expensive and a bit far compared to other clinics. Why? Because you can always find money but never the same pets. And this clinic offers good service and excellent treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great consultation from doctor.. Even doctor is a Muslim but she gently handle my dog. Surprisingly, doctor still remember my adopted dog months ago she consulted!! Keep the good job doctor.. We need you very much for our pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the clinic vaccinates dogs, they currently do not perform surgery on dogs (focusing more on cats) so please don’t come here if your pet dog has an injury.
The staffs were friendly during my visit here but friendliness does not excuse the poor handling of your pets. Last time I was here, a staff was not being attentive during our dog’s vaccination. As the staff pinched the dog’s skin in preparation for the injection, the needle literally penetrated both layers of skin hence some of the solution was wasted and sprayed onto the floor. I paid the full amount for the vaccination but other customers could have argued about it if they were in my shoes.
The cost for taking your pet to a veterinarian is not cheap, even more so if surgery is required so it is vital that pet owners bring their pet to a veterinarian they trust.
