★ ★ ★ ★ ★ tempat okay. jauh dari kesesakan. nak keluar masuk rumah pun senang nak deal dgn guard. parking access card dapat 2.
process check in check out mudah. rumah bersih cuma banyak semut. pinggan banyak tapi mangkuk takde. span pun better bawa sendiri sebab dorang taktukar. overall okay and berpuas hati.
 okay place. away from congestion. I want to go in and out of the house, I'm happy to deal with the guard. parking access card must be 2.
check in check out process is easy. a clean house is just a lot of ants. Lots of plates but no bowls. even the sponge is better to bring your own because it doesn't change. overall okay and satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy registration at guard house. 2 parkings. Can cook. Comfortable enough for a large group. 8 people for beds, and have extra sheets and pillows. Mr Nordin were very attentive. Facilities were complete. Even have washing machine & dryer.
Only 1 card to access through the guard. We have 2 cars. Door key were hard to remove from the doorknob. I would suggest to provide microwave. Because it is much convenient to use and to reheat food. Keep the stove and cooking utensils. But add in microwave, you can replace the oven. Air condition need to be reset. I took around 20min to reset the remote. So if possible, the owner should reset before the guests check in. Its good that the owner provide instruction. Should provide towels according to beds. 2 queen beds (4pax) & 4 single beds (4 pax). Should have 8 towels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very cozy and comfortable environment. Good for a big group of people. The road surrounding is not a busy road and there are shops nearby to buy thing and to eat. During staying with this hot weather, the rooms doesn't feel hot. Very satisfied with our stay here. Will come back again later. ?
