★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company may be legit; however, I am not sure whether the loan agents that handle my loan are really working there. I have made a terrible mistake by transferring money to them without verification. I have transferred more than 10k. Yes, their tactics were very convincing as they started with a stamp duty payment, active loan, credit scoring payment, and then missed payment alert payment before my loan can be released. I did not proceed to pay for the last request because I have finally realised I have been duped.
They shown me their computer screen of the transactions, the background of bank transfer using Public Bank, and that shown unsuccessful due to missed payment alert required, which they said was the last step and promised me once I settle this payment I will get my loan in 30 minutes.
I told them I wanted to cancel my application and they said I will need to pay a penalty of 4.8k, which most ridiculous was I have to pay first and not deducted from what I have given them. They will send a cheque in a week for my refund.
I have asked them that I will only settle the last request if I meet them in their office, they gave excuses stating that appointment need to be made, which I agreed, however, the appointment was like 3 weeks later, and then they said that I have 3 days to settle the last request or else I will have to pay penalty. So, I asked them to show me the company SSM. Again, they came out with unreasonable reasons not being able to show me the SSM. They show me shots of the company profile that were taken from the website.
And now, they said that they could hold my loan for another 3 days and ask me to find ways to find the money to settle the last request. They kept promising that once I settle, my loan can be released in 30 minutes, which they have said it when I pay for credit scoring.
I would like everyone to take note of this. Even though I have made a verification of the legitimacy of the company, yet I am still being duped.
If anyone from this company read this review, if what I have said is true, then please make a police report that someone is using your company to cheat the public.
