★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A couple days ago i went to the shop and bought a iphone 13 pro max i was a first time user of apple so i asked the sales mans there to teach me how to use the phone amd without an answer they did it immediately the prices there was very reasonable and the sales mans we really kind and friendly they treat every customer as their own friend they guided me through the whole phone step by step i had never ever seen sales men treat a customer as well as they do the few shops i went before them they didnt even wanna entertain me the sales men at ant mobile were making the experience fun and entertaining i was so impressed with their performancei even bought another phone from them i would recommend antmobile to all of my friends i would like to thx them for the best customer service i have ever had and thank you for the experience trust me you wont regret it keep it up guys????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed by how we were treated. Couldn’t find the shop as the map pointer was wrong, so we messaged the staff and they were not helpful at all. I submitted a correction hoping others won’t have to go through the same experience. You can park at Aeon Big next door for cheap parking.
The phone model we wanted wasn’t available anymore as there was poor communication from their online staff, so manager Ah Xiang promised that they will contact us next week when the new batch arrives. No follow up from their end.
Sorry we are only end user and not reseller who will buy in bulk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Few days before going to the shop, I msged ask for iP11 Pro stock, they said got stock. Few days later I msg that I'm coming,
1. They gave location but it was pinned to a restaurant which is 500m away. I had to go around back (1km+) bcs they didn't believe the location was wrong. When I arrived at the shop, only they said the iP11 Pro is already out of stock. I came all the way from Shah alam (30km away) for nothing. (Location now updated ro correct one after that incident).
2. They only entertain once my gf started to speak Chinese but still the way they talk is very rude until the manager come out to check what's going on.
3. They promised to msg me back when stock arrived, but until now no msg back. Ended up I bought iP 11 Pro (Max) from different shop. Indeed some of their model price are cheap, but not worth the service. ??????
Imagine buying from them and get worst after sale service. Think twice before you buy from this shop.
