★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited at the front desk for a long time, yet no one came to see what I wanted. Probably I came at the wrong day, and perhaps they had full appointments for the day, but I feel there's nothing wrong with coming out to say that they're full, instead of making me wait unattended for more than half an hour. This place should work on their responsiveness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good thing is, they provide a private room for muslimah. Bad thing is, they charge RM10 for that. I waited for half an hour to cut the hair, not that I'm complaining, but they really need to consider customer's time. More surprisingly is, I only cut my hair which I didn't request to wash or use any of their products, but at the end they charge it for RM 65. It is really not recommended for common people, as you can go to any salon which provide more lower price unless you don't really mind. They should put price list outside of their salon or at the counter. Thank you btw for the service.
