β β β β β Anytime Holidays provides straight forward and easy transaction without any hassle during booking process for our van rental. Only key refundable deposit collected upon collection. Vehicle was in good condition. We received a warm welcome by Mr.Anas upon our arrival and vehicle return process were breeze as well. Thank you, encik Anas.

Been using their service ever since we found them some time ago. Definitely will be using their service again when we go langkawi in the future.

β β β β β The rate online was different than the actual charges. Booked and paid deposit on website, but you were not given the final charges on the website at all. Instead I got a text stating that I should pay more for holiday charges. The terms and conditions were not obvious on website, and how can you charge differently (privately) for more?! Everything should be listed on the website. I felt cheated. And I didn't withdraw because I will be charged service charge by the website.
But on the other hand the boss/staff was friendly, and the car condition was good. Just that the car arrived 15mins later than promised.

β β β β β Very disappointed. I read all the comments and reviews before renting from Anytime Holidays that cars are in good condition. I book one month in advanced and paid rm100 deposit for a myvi. But when collect car at airport upon arrival at ~1:00pm, to find that the car is wear out and being crashed, front bumper hanging, cigarette burn marks everywhere in interior and strong smell, mud stains all over car seats, and driver seat is tilted left side, got back paint after 10 mins drive. The car can't go fast, if exceed 60km/hour one can hear laud exhaust sound and is a fuel drinker. We immediately drove to Anytime Holidays office and asked for change, staff is nice and polite, however the car they can change for us is no better than the myvi we are having. We kept complaining and insisted to change a good condition car as advertised on website. Then they change an Axia in replacement but we need to wait until 6pm the day. The Axia condition is just slightly better then the myvi. We have no choice but to accept the fate we got a bad car rental, and we wasted half a day to have the bad car replaced. I definitely do NOT recommend to rent from Anytime Holidays.

β β β β β It was simple and easy. We called them and then talk via whatsapp whenever we needed.
We opted for the cheaper car they had and didn't have any problems.
They were helpful and agreed to pick the car at the airport at the end of our trip.

β β β β β Im so glad that i rented a car from Anytime Holidays. Whatsapped them and got a 4 day rental. Deposited 100RM to secure the car. You can choose to take and return the car at your hotel or airport but with a minimal fee.
I rented a Axia. Due to peak season, the daily rental rate is 100RM. Might seem a lot but in Langkawi, where there is only taxi, it was really worth the money to rent a car.
The car provided was in an ok condition. Most importantly, the car did what it was supposed to do, give us a smooth ride. There were no issues at all. My only suggestion is when the car is rented our, it should be given with full petrol so that it can be returned full. Otherwise, there is bound to have extra petrol which you cant use. Covered about 350km and visited most of the places of interest.
I ended up extending a day and returned the car at the airport as it was worth it. Easy to return as well. I also took up the Island Hopping package. It is a must do activity in Langkawi, where you will visit a beach, a lake and also some wonderful scenaries. They have other activities as well so contact them to find out more.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience with friendly staff who go the extra mile to help with my visit to Langkawi. Took the car for a wash on the last day as it was dirty on the outside. Hopefully the next rentee will have an awesome experience as me.
PS: if you are going to pump petrol, pay at the cashier first before pumping. Didnt know it was how it worked here. Also, the phone holder and charger are mine. Not inlcuded in the rental.

I strongly recommend you to not rent anything from this company. They give you smile and are welcome just till you pay. After that, they show another version of themselves. I booked a car through easybook app, I rented a Toyota Vios because while I wanted to have a car in the island, I wanted to check the Vios model because I am going to buy one for myself. We arrived late because of the flight delay and were very tired, I took the car and drove to our hotel then I found the car is not Vios, it was Nissan. The next day I asked for Vios but they were not welcome on my request, as I insist they became very restricted. I asked for one more night extension, they rejected. The car (Vios) that they gave me was dirty in inside and obviously not sanitized. I believe the Nissan was not sanitized too because it was super stinky. The Vios clearly had some problems in fuel consumption because for about 150km, I filled it about 20 liters (45 RM).
At the day of return, they threaten me if I come after 8pm they will charge me for extra hour (clearly they wanted to rent the car without any cleaning to another new coming customer). I put myself in danger to arrive before 8, but as I couldn't drive faster they changed me for only 15 minutes delay. Overall, I don't recommend this company, pay a little bit higher but rent from a better company. This company is not professional at all.
