NO reply when call their agent during urgent case and also no one pick up at office number no matter what time you call

Not a pleasant experience dealing with them. 1st call - Line was transferred and no one pick up. 2nd call - Line was transferred to another person (after 2 mins waiting) and no one pick up. 3rd call - Call was not picked up in timely manner - after few minutes the Receptionist picked up the call and she's very rude and and claimed that caller is not professional.

One of the few providers for Medical Indemnity in Malaysia. It provides coverage with one of the cheapest rate, but boy... the service is appalling. Takes a few months for them to reply when one has paid and applied for the insurance renewal (note, it's not even a new application). To talk to the officers in-charge? Fat chance. They will take down your name and contact, and NEVER return call. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT.
