★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management sepatutnya bgi foodpanda, pos laju atau semua service penghantaran hantar brg atau makanan smpai dpn pintu rumah. Skrng ni dh pkpp. Peraturan sepatutnya dh dilonggarkan. Ni setiap kali beli apa2 atau even benda berat sekali pun tetap kena amik sendiri dkt guard house.
 Management should be for foodpanda, express mail or all delivery services to deliver goods or food to the door of the house. Skrng ni dh pkpp. Rules should dh relaxed. Every time I buy anything or even a heavy object, I still have to be friends with the guard house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selesa saja sy duduk sini, tenang, hampir setahun lebih dh pun. Bagi menjawab pasal food panda ka apa, wlpun pkpp kan still ada kes baru kat Penang, belum selamat lagi ya. Lagipun 5 minit lebih kurg saja turun kat guard. Sy rasa overall ok saja. Kebersihan pun ok. Parking motor & kereta kat dlm pun siap berbumbung (yg ada access card la).
It's comfortable sitting here, calm, almost a year or so. To answer the question of panda food, even though there are still new cases in Penang, it is not safe yet. After all, it took 5 minutes to get down to the guard. The overall taste is ok. Cleanliness is ok. Motorcycle and car parking inside is also ready to be covered (there is an access card).
