I am from Tripzo Travel world Cochin Kerala India.
Please do not give booking to this agency. They are one of the Irresponsible and worst B2B Travel agency I have ever seen. I have given one booking to them for Kuala lumpur Ref# MYWA 67745. They have not given Genting highlands tickets to Hotel lobby and Client had to pay the cash at counter. I have called and Informed their Tour coordinator Mr. Shaun and Sent mail to the concern sales person 3 times, they are not even ready to response.
