★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Could apple just realize that their screens are too brittle? Cant they just sell their items with the screen protectors? Why do we need to think and have two-steps of buying processes to guarantee that the products will be usable? Or is it done in purpose so we spend more on it?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Macbook Pro got manufacturing issue right the next day after warranty was expired. Apple is refusing to fix because it doesnt provide free reapir program for 2017 Macbook pros. This is very upsetting! Because all the work and studies cannot be done because of this fault. Also, repairing is 550$ which is unaffordable for students like me. I would like to raise this problem!!!!! Very in satisfied with the current Apple product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought iPhone 6 from this store and it was the worst decision of my life!!! The phone became hang after 3 months and I bring back for service as it is still under warranty and they say they want rm800 for repair as the system already broken. Lol?? Its not fault right that the system broken after 3 months only? It is definitely the phone problem. And my phone was still under warranty and they charge me rm800???? Wth??? Totally disappointing!!!! That phone is a scam!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t buy Apple Watch 5 series ⌚️ in Malaysia. They don’t spare parts to replace, if your watch broken only screen. They will ask whole replace whole units. It will cost you about RM1600.00
It’s not worth using Apple Watch ⌚️ in Malaysia they not have spare parts. Better don’t buy friends.

Previous one disabled for involve in suspicious activity, hello? What is suspicious activity? I don’t even know at all
Then ask for reason or explanation, they said I’m sorry I’m afraid I can’t tell you more because your account is permanent disabled and your info is sealed off, so you’re welcome to create new Apple ID
Which I created and now got disabled again
