★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience working with Aptude was very unprofessional and unpleasant.
Their office shows in Malaysia but during my time their entire staff was in India. So I had to go for the visa process myself. Was also asked to carry passports of other colleagues which was very surprising.
During your hiring, the response would be fast but later once you are hired you’ll feel unattended and responses would be slow.
No benefits or appraisals in short term or long term. Also they’ll deduct your salary if you resign during your contract period.
