โ โ โ โ โ WARNING! We ordered fragile item from him via Shopee & delivered by DHL courier service. We received it yesterday evening, instantly unbox it and witness broken parts. We pm him & asked where's his shop so that we can skip the Shopee Refund & Bad rating for seller in a goodwill, but we were welcome at his shop with him accusing us used it, broke it purposely & now want to claim new one.
For a RM30+ item from PJ all the way to Batu Cave do you think a scammer want to waste time doing this? We can do an easy way from Shopee by giving bad rating and ask for exchange & refund.
Finally he agrees to exchange a new one & we gave him additional business with RM96 shrimp purchase. Do you really think a scammer will do this?

โ โ โ โ โ Hidden away is a secret to discover. The place is out of the way (if you are a KL or PJ resident that is). They have a good variety of tanks and hardscape. Plenty of varieties of gear for aquascaping for beginners and pros alike. Some of their aquatic plants are grown in house, which means these are established specimens which were not grown immersed. Price wise they are reasonable, not expensive but not cheap either, although the tanks and substrates are reasonably cheap (hard to beat prices). The rocks are RM8 per kg and driftwood are RM40 per kg, so the pricing allows you to weigh and budget yourself.
The owners are friendly and will guide you if you have questions.
Will definitely be a regular.

โ โ โ โ โ Very rude owner and staff. Travelled from Klang to this shop to buy some accessories but was locked. A lady asked rudely what i want. Say they are only by appointment. Asked me to make appointment on facebook and come again, or if i want, i can wait outside. In the shop i can only see 3 customers. Just a warning. If you like rude customer service, please visit this shop.

I just wish to highlight this to the owner that if you continue to allow whoever that is manning your FB Messenger or page, please take note that it will chase away a lot of your customers.
Let me share with you and the rest of what happened. I made an inquiry over FB Messenger on some items and informed that i will be coming to pick it up at 1130am not knowing that the shop is not opened. Instead of advising and informing me i was replied with a message " if early we no open, u go others shop". This is extremely rude to a customer. And also, i understand that during this period of time SOP is important and i am not asking you to bend the SOP whatsoever. FYI, i am a person that adhere strictly to the SOP set forward by all businesses.

โ โ โ โ โ Detailed explanation given by the boss itself on Co2 safety and user guide. The shop itself very beautiful, got nice looking plant and promotion on a new Co2 tank. Staff control customer in and out as per current situation that we're facing nowadays very good.
