★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diskriminasi..tanpa nek tai.. kasut kulit boya.. baju kot , rambut tak sikit tepi ..jgn masuk lah.. kita nak tolak gold bar dikatanya palsu.. dok gempaq nak potong dlu tgk palsu ka ori..dh kita bagi ..dia bg plak alasan mesin rosak..butuh pak hg..ingt aku pakai selipar , rambut pnjang , baju lusuh aku tak dak duit ka.. ni nak juai pun sebab banyak sgt gold bar aku kat rumah..takkan nak bawak mai 60 keping per 10gram baru nak ambik kot.
 Discrimination .. without nek tai .. boya leather shoes .. coat, hair is not a bit edge .. do not go in .. we want to reject the gold bar is said to be fake .. dok gempaq want to cut dlu tgk fake to ori .. dh we share ..he's the reason the machine is broken..need sir hg..remember I wear slippers, long hair, shabby clothes I don't have any money .. I want to buy it too because I have a lot of gold bars at home..I don't want to bring it 60 pieces per 10 grams just want to take a coat.

Ugly behavior nk mmpuih .. We p the iron door xtutup again .. When smpai nk open the door jaa keep pressing the iron door bg down ... Kind of stupid ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs attitude towards clients are very rude not just to my love one but I saw by my own eyes and even hear the rudeness attitude towards another old lady next to our counter. Not just that, the service here is quiet slow. I have been to a number of arRahnu Yapeim Branches throughout Malaysia and I can sadly but honestly say without any doubt that this is the worst Branch. As one of the loyal long-time client to YaPIEM arRahnu I'm asking PLEASE do something about this as this is not the first time we experience poor bad attitude from your employees AT THIS BRANCH and it is sad to hear or even sees our old ones being given such a rude service. IF NOT TIED UP BY AGREEMENT it will surely be my BEST interest to change transactions to any other branch given by YaPEIM arRahnu. The one star given is just to get all the intention needed.
