★ ★ ★ ★ ★ salah saya sbb tk angkat call lepas dh suruh turun. Tapi tak smpai 15minit tunggu dh pergi. Alasan sebab saya tk angkat call. Saya turun tangga sbb ade masalah lif. Skrg dia suruh saya ambil sendiri dekat office. Saya suruh hantar balik di rumah dia bluetick whatsapp saya.dah suruh ambil barang sendiri gambar parcel tak bgi pun. Kerja mcm apa.
 It's my fault for not picking up the last call and telling me to come down. But wait less than 15 minutes to leave. The reason why I didn't pick up the call. I went downstairs because there was an elevator problem. Now he told me to pick it up myself near the office. I told him to send it back home, he bluetick my whatsapp. What kind of work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aramex delivery person is incompetent. Doesn’t know how to use Google Maps or Waze to my location and I had to explain on the phone so many times, but the delivery person (an old uncle) was so clueless. He then told me to meet him at a location 5 minutes away from my place in the middle of my working day, in which I hesitantly agreed to because I know he’s clearly incompetent.
When I met him, he even asked me about the location of his next delivery point for his next client, as he doesn’t know how to get there. I empathize with him due to his old age but Aramex needs to seriously train their delivery person to navigate to their delivery location – either using online maps or any other methods. This type of service is unacceptable in today’s age and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. Delivery person refuse to drive in to my condo even though the parcel is around 3kg. Other courier will drive in instead of waiting outside guard house. Delivery person didn't wear mask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. No body pick up phone. Even delivery female staff finally picked my phone call once, she doesn’t listen to me at all and immediately cut… why can’t she spare 1 min to listen? Is it okay for the company that they can’t deliver the parcel to receiver?
There was no choice since our sender used this company but if I need to send something important to someone, I will never use this company.
