★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rumahnya takde siaran tv pon, kalau nak tengok tv kena sambungkan tv dengan laptop tapi cabelnya tak disediakan. Wifi ade disediakan. Tiada stove untuk masak, oven ada cuma kotor sangat. Bilik air tiada getah paip dan sabun, kena pakai baldi. Kalau nak mandi kolam, kena bayar sebab under clubhouse. Ingatkan free sebab tulis di internet termasuk dalam facility tempat ni, tapi rupanya berbayar rm 10 sekepala. Clubhouse dalam 3 minit kalau jalan kaki.Ade jiran belakang, kebanyakan rumah sekeliling tiada penghuni. Tempat ni jauh jugakla daripada pantai desaru atau tanjung balau.
 The house does not broadcast TV, if you want to watch TV you have to connect the TV with a laptop but the cable is not provided. Wifi is available. There is no stove to cook, the oven is just very dirty. The bathroom has no rubber taps and soap, buckets have to be used. If you want to take a bath in the pool, you have to pay because it's under the clubhouse. Remind free because writing on the internet is included in the facility of this place, but apparently it costs RM 10 per head. Clubhouse in 3 minutes on foot. Ade the back neighbor, most of the surrounding houses are unoccupied. This place is also far from Desaru beach or Tanjung Balau.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay for weekend, house fully furnished with all amneties, barbeque place, ample of parking space, 4 large double bed rooms with 1single bedroom. Unifi availabl3. Swimming and ckub house 2 minute drive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stay was good, the only issue was that the owner stole my deposit. He told me about my utility bill and the amount I was supposed to get back....and then never transferred it to me. I contacted him multiple time but to no avail.
Consider yourselves warned! Get yourself a better place. Bandar Penawar has many nice places like Escadia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a great place to chill with your family or friends and ideal when you need a small getaway from the bustling city. Believe me, it is never enough to have just one night there. If you ever go, I would advise a minimum 2 nights of stay. We would wanna visit again for sure!
