★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat-sangat bersih, cadar dan selimut pun diganti. Harga yang lebih murah daripada homestay yang lain. Kelengkapan yang amat lengkap, boleh masak dan berehat dengan selesa. Saya tak guna aircond, jadi adil untuk saya tak bayar aircond. Saya cuma perlu bayar jumlah aircond yang saya guna. Bila saya panas, saya guna portable cooler yang disediakan. Saya rasa selamat sebab ada CCTV. Memang tak ada instant food, tapi makanan pun mudah sangat dapat, gerai, warung dan juga Grab. Saya rasa berbaloi duit yang saya belanja.
 Very clean, sheets and blankets were replaced. Cheaper price than other homestays. Fully equipped, can cook and relax comfortably. I do not use aircond, so it is fair for me not to pay for aircond. I just have to pay the amount of aircond I use. When I get hot, I use the portable cooler provided. I feel safe because there is CCTV. There is no instant food, but the food is also very easy to get, stalls, stalls and also Grab. I think it's worth the money I spend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a recommended homestay since need to pay for extra charges to use airconditional and wifi will be charges if use more than 1 gb. There are also lot of rules need to follow just like we are in some sort of school dormitory. Lastly no instant food or drink provided from owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice house, but if u want to use AC, u must pay additional RM50. Same as the WiFi, have extra charges. Only have 1 ceiling fan at hall, not enough with the hall size. Ceiling fan location is also not strategic because it is on the edge, it should be in the middle. In case of damaged or broken goods, you have to pay at a price that is unreasonable. For example, if the dish is broken or damaged, you have to pay RM49. There is also another item that is charged at RM39. This is an unreasonable charge. The house is a ban on smoking, it's good. But if the host finds cigarette butts outside the house, the deposit money will not be refunded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got for what I've paid. It is a homestay, it is not a hotel. I couldn't afford the hotel, thus, we stayed here for a long time. Yes, there are rules but the owner sets it to makesure we the tenant does not intrude the neighbours as it was an old-neighbourhood. The owner was quick to replace all the faulty items and address all the issues. We had a cleaner came every Tuesday cleaning the property and replacing all the bedding. We paid to have the aircond, even then, the total paid was still lower than other homestays around. We talked to the owner and she informed us the previous tenants would leave all the fans and lights on when they leave and they left used sanitary pads, stole things, broke things and also ransacked the cabinets for free food. So, they have to stop the behaviour by putting the rules and stop putting free foods. Still, the foods are easily accessible.
