★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with property agent named Sam in Ten kinrara, just want to get your deposit only At first when ask about the owner situation and environment, he said no problem at all, confirmed no sound pollution issue.
After the first day living only realised it was totally wrong. during day time there are pretty renovation running now. At night there is a night club playing loud music during 10pm to 6am.
When trying to ask the agent, he just seen my message but he didn't reply my msg and call at all!!!
