★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made changes to my 1 star review coz i went there, just to give this awesome place a chance not to gv bad review coz of one bad mood mistake frm the staff. Even she didn’t say sorry n not even acknowledge her mistake or me still coming there. I came coz of a very professional and gorgeous owner tried to mend the phone call situation. I was surprised how well she handled the situation n very well mannered compared to my own people.
The nails done very well by Diah and she is very very good. I guess the having-bad -day staff is the expert one and must be very good too, coz she is guiding Diah. Well No doubt she is expert n 5 stars in her work only that she had a very bad day today.
I hope she solved her matters and in a peaceful mind now. Try to hv better way dealing with customers next time since the business belongs to a very kind owner.
This place is awesome and i really love every little details they did. Well done. I might be coming back depends...but will definitely tell positive things to my friends abt this place. ??
