★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner homestay x boleh terima teguran dari guest . Minta guest bagi rating , bila kita bagi 1star dituduh nya macam2 . Cakap tak puas hati tak boleh checkout lambat , kita diam saja . Tapi dia yang meroyan minta komen , bila kita jujur dia taknak terima dan cakap customer biadap , tak bertamadun . Tandas kotor , lantai kotor . Taknak terima teguran . Kita balik dari hospital pukul 1 pagi , kita call nak minta tolong dia bagitahu guest lain parking kereta elok2 , dia cakap takde masa nak layan customer , pastu cakap kita pi lalok sampai 1pagi . Macam ni ke cara layan . Apa yg kita tak puas hati , kita diam shja sbagai customer , x komplen apa2 . Tapi bila dia tnya , kita jujur , dia cakap kita yg biadap . Kita block sbb kita malas nak layan . Kita mintak checkin awal kita ada buat bayran . Kita tanya checkout lewat boleh ke , dia cakap tak boleh , sy ok je . Ni kita review pasal tandas kotor , dikatanya kita macam2 . Pastu cakap kita buang sampah dalam tndas ? Bila kita call nak tanya apa yg dia tak puas hati , dia terus letak macam tu je . Tolong belajar cara layan customer . Dan tolong terima teguran dari customer . Biar ada improvement , bukan sampai cari gaduh dengan customer . Okay sy dah tambah lagi 1 star untuk homestay encik ya , harap boleh tido lena ??
