β β β β β Coffee is good but the environment is not cosy. I believe they can improve. The mobile line is bad too, I had to walk to the entrance to receive text messages.

β β β β β The food is 6/10. The cakes are cheap but very "meh", the economy rice during lunch is decent. I'm giving 3 stars because there are way too many flies. UCSI's management should really do something about it.

β β β β β Bad service. Not welcoming customer..order for iced choc but she worngly prepare for hot chocolate. It is hot af outside and when complaint ,didnt even say sorry and only add few cubes ice. Not satisfied I ran to desk and ask for real ice chocolate loudly. End up ,she did gave me for "new" iced chocolate but she literally hard to say sorry. Better close business even your drink taste yuck

β β β β β Service is bad. How bad? No service! 0 stars! The waiter/waitress sees you but they 'act's like you're invisible. And don't bother asking for the menu. It's already on the table... I mean the 'sticky' table. And the waiter likes to put the drinks, cutlery at the edge of the table... on the left? Seriously?
Food .. patience is a virtue. Waited almost 30mins. And we were the only table at the time. However, food is opposite of the service (saving grace) The food is worth 2 stars alone. It's small portion though .. and dont bother ordering drinks. Drinking water is rm1. 50 per bottle and coffee, tea and milo is rm7 upwards. I've ordered all 3 and they're as tasteless as plain water.
All in all a bad experience. I think this is a training ground for UCSI students. If that's the case... the future of hotel management is doomed!
