โ โ โ โ โ Before enter the salon, i saw the banner said hair cut is RM9.90, so i double confirm, haircut RM9.90 RIGHT? The staff say yes. end up RM 15. very rude attitude of the hair stylist, adjust the chair height so rudely, and criticize customer head shape!!

โ โ โ โ โ Hair stylist was too hard selling to convince to add on additional service. The whole journey is selling regardless cutting hair, waiting hair to be done, washing hair and drying hair. The hair stylist continue to promoto and ask to top up even already reject it .This is kind of annoying. Huge difference in term of pricing from advertised price in banner and actual price. This is misleading communication. Not recommended.
