★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apartment should be named ANT apartments as there were many ants on the kitchen basin. It’s a waste that our apartments looks news but there is almost no amenities and furnitures were dirty.
The bed, pillows and sofa have so much stains. Me and my mum felt itchy when sleeping on the sofa bed. No extra pillows and blanket provided for the sofa bed.
There wasn’t any house keeping service or top up for our toilet rolls for our 3D2N stay.
On top of that, they have many parking spaces available but the one they allocated to us is one of the only parallel parking spaces with pillars near the space. Very disappointing service.
Overall, never will I visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to look at. Nice furnished however not many amenities as promised. No cleaning service was provided as advertised. My mother was medically discriminated against in the pool for wearing a polyester(not cotton) t shirt to cover her operation and was told she would get fined however fully clothed muslim women in full burka were allowed. The staff didn’t want to religiously discriminate however were happy to medically discriminate. Not happy at all. We tried to explain and staff did not care. Even though the shirt wasn’t cotton

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great scenery, moderate swimming pools. What I am not happy about is that most of the promised facilities is not available but they are advertising it all over the apartment. Don't advertise it if it's not available because it tends to oversell. Otherwise everything is good in this apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked the place, I have booked twice at this place it never disappointed me . A quiet and chilling apartment with private lift . The pools and jacuzzi is superb, you can have the best view over there. Overall ,a good stay as I really enjoyed the atmosphere .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magnificent view of Penang Bridge, Second Bridge & surrounding Glugor area. Located at the fringe of Bukit Gambir Forest Reserve. Quiet neighbourhood, with many food outlets nearby. Food Hunting ground for USM varsity students. Well furnished & tastefully decorated. Ample parking. Individual unit dedicated lift & Private lift for each floor facade. Ten separate lifts for ten units on each floor.
