★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upon entering the Artis 3, you feel like entering a hotel lobby. Water fountain with modern outdoor benches for visitor. What I am impressed most is their facilities, the endless swimming pool is huge from one end to another. The area is strategically locate around the center of Georgetown and airport with many routes to go if one area is crowded. Never too far from all areas of Penang island.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artis3 is a brand new condo (January 2020). It is beautiful and well landscaped, only 5min to the first Penang Bridge. Strategically located between Penang airport and city center in the matured neighborhood of Jelutong township with plenty of restaurants and convenient stores. All within walking distance.
