★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time taking the bus from KL to seri iskandar at 10:50pm, 17/9/19.
They were late 10 minutes, I didn’t mind. So, during the whole ride, I was just on my phone watching YouTube, I couldn’t sleep, as I was afraid I would oversleep.
By the time we exited PLUS at Gopeng, I was half dozing, and I woke up when we reached a town. I was scared that I missed my stop, so opened google maps, thank God, we were still in Batu Gajah. The driver stopped at the bus station, half-yelled “batu gajah”, and opened the door for not more than 10 SECONDS, then he continued the journey, talking to himself that there were supposed to be 3 passengers that should drop off there!
I saw the clock, it was 1:28am, I thought to myself, I still have a good 30 mins before I reached Seri Iskandar right?
Wrong! True to my fear, I dozed and I woke up at 1:55, and this guy was already reaching UiTM Seri Iskandar, and I immediately told him to stop! He said he already “announced” that he reached seri iskandar near the petronas gas station(yeah, if you consider the 10s stop as an “announcement”)
I had to walk back to my car parked at the bus station for nearly 40 minutes while carrying my 13kg luggage!
Worst experience ever, seems like the driver couldn’t care less whether we reach our destinations or not. NEVER BUYING ARWANA AGAIN!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first time used the service, bus came around 5 mins late from scheduled time. But now, becoming more late and late. Today the bus from manjung to tbs scheduled at 3.15 pm, still not coming. Waited for an hour. I came to bus station 30 mins earlier. If passenger came late, the driver got angry. How about passenger when bus came late? We should redha and think, oh thats normal. Malaysia bus??? Please change this kind of attitude. We all got our plan to do, not to waste time for hours at bus stop waiting for bus to come. Please be punctual,bloody hell bus! At least say sorry for the late.
I wont receive any comment if people said "nak cepat naik la benda lain". Such a useless comment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ticket from Teluk Intan to Manjung. Journey is on 14/12/2019 at 12.30pm. but the bus just came at 1.05 pm and left for Manjung at 1.25pm. When enquired at counter, the only answer is that "bus datang dari KL" and it is "biasalah" to be not on time. If these are the reasons, then they shouldn't put the bus schedules on the window for customers to pick a journey. Imagine the hassles and missed appointments one would suffer if these are the service they offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous bus services ever!!! Booked ticket from tbs to ipoh at 9am, but the bus never come! Called arwana, just saying bus problem but do not exactly know what reallly happen. And also, never know how to resolve problem, just saying i cant do anything!!! Hello, we are customers, should we been waiting for 1 hour+ for a never coming bus???
Definitely not recommended this bus!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ POOR service for ARWANA Bus from lumut to butterworth. Poor attitude driver, late for 75minit, bus stop at station and not manage to leave immediately. Left customer in bus wait driver sembang dgn gang2 patner apalahh...?? proof of photo bus tiket time dan waiting time...?? I will make Srimaju for first choice next time

First time from Kuala Lumpur TBS to Lumut. The ride took nearly 5:30h which was a lot more than we were told at the TBS (3:30h). The Bus drive made two breaks. One with 15min and one with 10min.
Second ride from Lumut to butterworth had a duration of just over 3h which was pretty good given the quality of the country roads.
We felt a all time safe. And the Buses were in good condition.
