Why do they charged % from the inheritance? In my opinion it should be based on the amount of work done and not how much the total value of the inheritance. At least as-salihin is not as evil as Amanah Raya - they took 5% to 7%!!!!
God's rule is the only one and with it you just use peraih and deals with the courts yourself. It is the 21st century and I am sure everybody can read talk write and walk.
In my opinion, AGI (artificial general intelligence) should run all legal systems and maybe nations - take out the lawyers and governments.
For my case, I am the in-law so I better keep my mouth shut and not meet the lawyers.
