★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I came here in early March 2022. We enjoyed this place for the following reasons:-
1) We came here early at around 11am and luckily for us the asam pedas was freshly made. There were ikan jenahak, merah, pari and mayong.
2) I enjoyed the asam pedas though bear in mind that tast is subjective. My wife preferred asam pedas with the more tangy flavour while the one here leans to the salty side. That is a matter of preference and does not in any way mean the asam pedas was not satisfactory.
3) Unfortunately for us, our jenahak was slightly undercooked in the inside. They took it back and cooked it a bit more until it was well done.
4) My only criticism is that this place could improve on the other dishes as well. I enjoy ayam goreng with asam pedas. Here, the ayam goreng was so so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is very tasty and fresh. Sambal belacan is awesome. Asam pedas ikan pari, asam pedas telor ikan, telor dadar, asam pedas ikan jenahak are all very satisfying. BOTOK2 is very awesome taste. All these food costs us RM60.00 only too cheap if we were to compare with the amount of fish and food we ate. Alhamdulillah syukur nikmat allah??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place, lots of tables to cater huge number of customer especially on weekends. Food are all good especially asam pedas. They taste a little bit sour compare to Melaka & Batu Pahat cooking style. 4 to 5 kinds of fish were cooked with asam pedas for our choice. Other dishes are also serve here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My taste buds exploded lol. One of the best tasting asam pedas for me as I'm not really a fan of asam Pedas. But this is the best by far. Definitely a visit. But it gets really crowded and hard to get place to dine so if you're coming in groups, get someone to go and book a table. The price is reasonable too. We were a group of 7 and paid about 25usd or RM100~ for our menu.
