Even though it could have some adverse effect on my part such as the future value of my current property, but I feel is my right to decide to go forth with my honest opinion. Truly proven, definitely not to be trusted. I am at lost of words...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking fee already paid and after few days get inform from sales person. Developer need to cancel the booking due to the price of all material are increasing and will have price adjustment. So, refund the booking fee to buyer. trustworthiness or not ??
