2. Building quality very worse, defect everywhere. Especially the leaking and piping
3. Management also very bad. Call to their service line and their department transfer the line to here and there. Answering my question very rudely.
In Conclusion, i been survey many condo project and developers. Its true that this developer selling price is very affordable even below the market, but i did very regret after i get the house key.. im sharing my experience here just to hope got lesser victim. In this years there are many better choices than this assest kayamas projects. its either you pay lesser but get a very unsatisfying house and suffer for years. Or pay extra a little to get a house that you really like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ According to covid amendment bill 2021 you are not supposed to bill late payment interest for snp signed before 31 may 2021, but you still invoiced to us and cause major delayed in taking keys. Last year as developer you are not able to provide relevant document to my financier due to your land conversion matter, hence bank definitely not paying. With all these issue, why you still invoice buyer? Clearly it's not my fault.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a lot of bad comments towards this developer, just wondering what is the feeling of their boss? If still no action has been taken then we can understand that why does they have such a bad team as good quality of staffs are very much influenced by the efficient management team. Not responsible, not systematic, not responsive are the trademark of this developer, if you are buyer who spend more than few hundred thousand, will you choose this developer again, I am sure for those who has such awful experience with this Developer --No!No! The market hawker service is even better than any staff of them! We are feedback very rationally, NOT emotionally, we deserved for more better service. The management team please do something. Not only sales and money, service and follow up is equally important to maintain your business and customer. For those who still consider this developer, please think twice, three, four and many times before you make payment, we are buying a property, not vegetables, consider all those very very real feedback from this developer's current customer. Malaysia has a lot of more quality and good service developer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VP without properly finish the basics amenities electricity & water, bad workmanship finished “crack hairline at ceiling soffit, curving and uneven wall, hollow tile, floor water drop not into floor trap and so on”. Service provider appointed are even worse management office not responsive and blaming owner, cleaner always napping, lack of rubbish collection, security guard harassing owner, bring relatives using the facilities, parking their vehicles anywhere them want, sleeping. AK hold renovation deposit more than 3 months for refund purposes.

The unit design and quality is very nice. Thank you aset kayamas produce such a good condo with affordable price.

Personally, I was expecting to face the upcoming defectsss in my house & quite worry about the quality of the Condo?
But surprisingly it was totally out of my expectation as I never thought of the condition of my Condo could be so nice despite all the previous feedback on the developer ..
Sincerely appreciate AK for giving me a sweet home in this lovely location.. Totally Satisfied !!
