β β β β β Forced to contact Asia Assistance quite a number of times because in my job I have to inquire about our patient's insurance, apply for GL and such. Asia Assistance's customer service personnels are often rude and never listen to the inquiry properly before answering. How do you become customer service with such a bad attitude? Asia Assistance, you should really look into your customer service team. Very bad service.

β β β β β Poor customer services. Keep telling me that I wrongly call them eventhough they knew that my corporate Allianz insurance is managed by them. And they supposedly knew that I was calling them with regards to insurance related issues. Definitely stupid CS of AsiaAssistance. Will report this to Allianz HQ.

β β β β β Where shall I start? We waited for a GL for more than a day. And we have followed up with our insurance company that they have issued the approval hours before. However Asia Assistance being the local partner of the company is of no assistance at all. For some reason the approval was not extended to the hospital yet.
