โ โ โ โ โ Really a terrible experience with these people. I was attended with a very unfriendly face by the senior sales executive by the name of Ms Evelyn. Then they promise to quote me on the same day evening. I have to wait till 9pm and worst part is they read the message on whatsapp and do not reply. Excuse is busy with closing as CNY is approaching. We understand its the festive season but you shouldn't promise when you can't deliver. Then Ms Evelyn mentions that it takes 7 working days to complete once order and design is confirmed. When they decide to reply at 9pm, they mention that there will be delay and can't promise anything and indirectly ask me to source for other companies. I mean, is this the way you handle yours customers? Your work and print might be good but so is your manners. Please do not bother going to these people as there are so many other companies in the same vicinity.
