โ โ โ โ โ With the new customer service system in place at Asiapools, a lot of repeated miscommunication have occurred. Terrible communication between staff have left a lot to be desired. Appointments are not made in advance nor kept at all when made. A lot of apologising but professionalism has been thrown out of the window. Bring back professionalism Asiapools!
