★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice salary.. friendly workers better and qualification good but problem is the head resources of representative.. Mr Jamain Bin Arbain as the HR presentation had just made the issues of complaint about the workers at there.. also there's no freedom for giving some opinion or options at all.. made some issues using social media.. not using face to face meeting.. in facts.. no WI-FI network given to all workers at there... i hope this matters will be solved and my option is to reupgrade and redo the rules to give the foreigner worker and local some self-esteem. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salary is nice but the work was tired af. I don't mind the work though if the manpower is enough but the thing is this company target such an high output for the low manpower. Its really depressing and stress.
Moreover, the disciplinary finding are so childish. Is this a school or factory?.
Lastly, the toxicity of this company at its finest. I don't know how to describe this but if you work here you will know what i mean
My advice to the company
-go find some workers especially technician. If you felt pity to the technician then go find some technician asap before you will regret in the future
-the diplomatic relationship between workers and administrator or executive should be fixed
-remove the toxic person in this company
If all the above list are regenerated then this is the best company
