Sesuai untuk family atau group.. Bilik yang banyak dengan harga berpatutan.. Ada servis ambil dan hantar pengunjung ke jeti pulau redang.. Boleh juga dapatkan lain2 servis spt sewa teksi air, snorkeling dll. Makanan di restoran Asmadi, sangat sedap terutama manggi rebus. Van ambil dan hantar pengunjung 'sgt sejuk' dgn tanpa pintu dan tingkap.. :-)

If you are on budget and prefer to stay at the village area of the island this will be the place for you.

Comfortable, nice food, village area, 5min to mosque.

Just recently visited Redang island and took a package under this Guest house for 2 nights. All basic facilities were provided including a ride from the ferry to the guest house as well as breakfasts/lunch/dinner. Sufficient. However there are several areas that may be improved. Firstly, when booking, the instructions given were not in detail. Causing a slight misunderstanding when we arrived at the jetty. Was told we had to make full payment at the jetty itself, but no, we could actually make payment at the resort. Also they have booked a parking and paid for us as well, without mentioning they had paid for us. Since we have not paid for it, we decided to search for our own parking spot that seemed safe to us. The staff then called and asked why we did not follow his instructions and that he has paid for the parking on our behalf. Upon arrival at the jetty, there was no staff awaiting us with a sign, to direct us to the shuttle van. We were confused as to where our van was and had to walk all the way up the jetty in the hot sun to look for our van, which we eventually found, with the help of other drivers who happen to see our shuttle van. It was puzzling because other shuttle vans were already waiting for their customers at the end of the jetty. Thankfully check in went well and had our lunch. We then got to know that our toilet could not flush properly which was inconvenient but the staff did mention to just call them if any problems arise. Got ready for our snorkeling trip which went well thankfully. Although, we arrived alittle later than others back to the guest house for lunch after our snorkeling trip. We came to find that just being 30 minutes late, all the food was close to finishing. The choice were really limited. There was so little rice left and no one bothered to refill the food for the guests that were coming unless told by the guests. Almost seemed like they didn't do a proper headcount to see if the food they provided was enough for the amount of guests. And this was the same for breakfast and dinner. Very dissapointing in the food department. We had another day of snorkeling trips and it all went well. Still, there were minor miscommunications. Our timing did not follow the itenarary given to us and was a little confusing to follow. Poor communication between staff and customers. Overall the trip was sufficient. The basics were provided. However, being a budget accommodation, I believe some things should not be compromised especially when it deals with being customer friendly. If you are on a budget and have little expectations, this place would be sufficient. With a family, this place may cause some inconvenience for you.
