★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor servicing of the technical staff, never update me the progress of my spoiled laptop until I called to them, seen by not reply my text via whatapps, find excuse said that your machines still under checking that's why we never update you on the progress. Find thousand reason just to cover himself, even blame to his colleagues on his mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can fix the pc well and they have some pc accessories that can be brought there. Just, you really need to give a call before go there so you won't be disappointed. (as if there are fully packed with stuff to repair, you won't be entertained). Their customer service still can be improved as they doesn't have to yell to the others once they enter their store. If you really need urgent or fast repair, you might ask them or try find another as their repair really takes time and you might have to wait for a long queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre ever, its been 2 months, still not finished repairing my laptop, i have been struggling so much without the laptop during odl, i already give time, it said only 2-3 weeks, but it turns out 2 monthsss, they said need special order and so on, but why didt you tell the customer, i agree because of the only takes 2-3 weeks, but it dragged until 2 months, now i message them, still not reply, pleaseee send helpppp, i really need my laptopp

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ first of all when i go to this shop and wanted to fix my laptop. And i showed them my laptop to let them check it... and they said .. i had to paid rm10 just for that??? (after they checked it) they not even open my laptop they only use the plug and theres that.. even malay service is free but they will tell you what problem first.

Very slow respond, every reply need days to week, firstly said that lack of manpower after that said that all are forget and need you to remind them.
Do reply a message cost days to week?
After that, most of items I had asked were all out stock. But when I use another account to ask to them, there become in stock.
Maybe they need to choose the customer to sell I'm not sure, but the rest of people need to notice.
