★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lots of history behind this over-a-century old mosque and very well maintained still. As a mosque or 'masjid', Friday prayers are held here every Friday. A 'surau' or mini mosque does not. One of the conditions to hold Friday prayers is that there must be at the least 40 'religiously qualified' men in the congregation. The term 'Religiously qualified men' simply means a Muslim MALE of POST-PUBERTY AGE (meaning having reached the age of understanding) and MENTALLY SANE, that is, he is not mentally unstable or delusional nor intoxicated with drugs, alcohol or any other forms or types of mental instability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Masjid is really clean, well-maintained with a good aircond. What i like most is the design of this masjid, very unique. There are lots of parking lot, would not be a problem to pray here especially during the jumaat prayer. Also, during the mco, the masjid still followed the sop strictly and that is important! Hope to visit here more frequently after the mco has been uplifted.
