★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1年前报名了Asta Yoga 的瑜伽班。菜鸟的我对瑜伽一窍不通，但是老师却很细心及耐心地指导每一个细节, 从基本的呼吸法，坐姿，站姿及各种体式。
上了1年的瑜伽课确实让我获益良多。身体不似以前感觉"沉重", 一年来不曾有腰酸背疼的问题。
上完瑜伽课往往都舒缓了我紧张的情绪，整个人觉得好轻松，心情也非常愉快。现在的我每每都期待下一堂课的到来！ ?
 I signed up for the yoga class at Asta Yoga 1 year ago. I don't know anything about yoga, but the teacher carefully and patiently guides every detail, from basic breathing, sitting, standing and various poses.
It took me a lot of yoga classes for a year. The body does not feel "heavy" in the past, and there has been no backache in the past year.
After finishing the yoga class, I often relieved my nervous emotions. The whole person felt relaxed and very happy. Now I am always looking forward to the next class! ?
