I ordered a Product and waited a couple of weeks for it to be sent.
Then when it was sent the GDex (the worst Shipping Company) said they attempted delivery (we were home MCO time) and returned to Depot.
We called GDex 4 times asking for it to be delivered again, but no they sent it back to the Vendor.
Ok it's a common item I can buy it elsewhere so no problem.
Called goshop after 1 hour on hold and being dropped got through and asked for my refund. NO problem sir we will credit it back you will receive it in 7 to 14 days.
Waited 14 days no refund. repeated the 1 hour on hold and requested a refund again. same exact answer 7 to 14 days.
Waited 14 days no refund. Sent an angry email was called so no waiting on hold for an hour. Same story though (Must be a script). Still waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered turbo fan cooker on 13.7.21 but still waiting for delivery after 10 days. Called them and informed me that it will takes 14 working days meaning nearly 3 weeks!!. Going to cancel the order and order from lazada which will takes only 3 days the most.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why didn't I read the review here before I purchase from Goshop. I ordered on 22/7 until 30/7, the item still "Under Processing". So I called to the helpline, says normally will use 7-14 days for the whole delivery process. And the helpline person was quite rude too ? First and last time I purchase from Goshop, I rather buy from Shoppe despite the price here in Goshop is cheaper.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Kissen multi function blender before. Just use it few times and now already cannot been used, it cannot function already.
This is the third time purchased from Go Shop and also will be the last time because my family and I don't wish to give Go Shop any chances again.
Those products that we purchased from Go Shop cannot been used for long time. Quality really bad. Not as good as what they promoted during the TV show.
It make me feel like Go Shop just helping those suppliers clear stocks.
Sometime maybe you will think that the price is cheap but you will get a rubbish in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rang their customer service line, and pressed "3" to request for a Chinese speaking customer service agent. Immediately I was directed to a Malay speaking agent, who sounded so bored and so disinterested that I thought she had just woken up from a 7-day sleep. She picked up my call with an extremely bored tone, as if my call was a complete bother to her. When I asked why was it that I requested for a Chinese speaking representative and was not given one, she replied, "...uhhh???....Chinese agents..... rehat."
So I asked for English speakers, and again she replied, "....haih.....English.....lunchtime."
DUDE? What the hell is wrong with you, Astro GoShop? Is this the kind of people you are employing?
It's not because all the agents were resting that made me mad. It's the tone and the voice of the agent that picked up the call sounded as if she didn't want to serve me at all. The attitude she presented in that tone, voice and manner communicated to me that she couldn't care less.
Do you know how many more qualified people out there are dying to get a job?
