★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought my laptop from overseas but having issue whole I was in Malaysia. During MCO the shop was closed until mid July 2021. Thank goodness it is under international warranty and I got it fix in no time, even there was a public holiday in between.
Thoughtful contactless service provided.
Thanks Asus Melaka and appreciate the hardwork , save my laptop is like saving my life during the pandemic.

The owner and staff are very friendly, knowleagle and helpful. They will always provide clear advice to all queries.
Charges are very reasonable.
Definitely a 5-star service center.

Costumer service is top notch, they are friendly i recomend this shop, trust me u won't be dissapointed with their service. 10/10 will come again

My laptop keyboard was faulty and they changed the entire keyboard for me, everything done within 24 hours.
Of course will choose Asus as my next laptop.
