★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to order a bunch of plants and pots and I sent watsapp messages outlining my budget and photos. They replied initially and then completely ignored my messages. Its been a few days already. Why advertise selling thru watsapp if you cant deliver? I really don’t appreciate being ignored like this. I went ahead and found another shop and got a tonne of plants and pots. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to home, to see the site and do measurement. After that complete death silence!!! After multiple follow ups, I just gave up. Very bad customer service!!! How you can survive if doing business like this. Only pictures in instagram worth! At real site, not much plants and poor maintainence of the plants . Disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there for landscape renovation after seeing their work in instagram. Once we reached, the selections of plants just so so and most of them not healthy and lack of nutrition. Honestly, with that condition of the plants and price, elsewhere is better.
I was first be entertained by a foreign worker that knows nothing about plants. Later I met the lady boss to discuss further about landscape renovation that involved 3 areas.
After explaining and providing all details to ladyboss, we were told quotation will be advised on next day. After series of follow up with both lady boss and the boss himself, the only response I have gotten was absolute ignorance. Its understandable the volume of works they experience as Raya is around the corner but there is no excuse to be ignorant. A week had passed with no reply from them, I decided to withdraw my interest on extending business opportunity with them and done unfollow in instagram.
My simple way of seeing, perhaps if you hold status dato ke tan sri ke, they would be eager to serve you sbb for sure rumah dorg juta2. Hihihi (just an evil thought)
