★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lift doesn’t seem to work. People tend to suffer because of bad lift services as only 2 out of 4 lifts work. Due to the peak season, the visitors tend to have harder time to check out as there’s 30 min delay for each lift to the parking lots level 5,6,7. Otherwise, the stay was good and clean!

Brought my pup along on this staycation since the host remarked pets allowed. Next day morning I brought my pup totally out from the residence thru guard post for a morning walk (ps: i used pet carrier and did not let my puppy down at any cost in the residence common area). When about to go back the guards stopped me did not allow both me n pup back to the residence. PETS NOT ALLOWED. Beware of some BELACAN management staff who might confront you "anjing tak boleh bawa dalam residence awak tau taktau? Awak dari mana?" End up me n pup sat stranded at the guard house till my friend drive out to fetch both me and pup back to the residence.
Check out at 12pm.. strong wind and all lift are not working. I got to take up staircase with my 70yo parents from 21st floor to 6th floor carpark.
Overall i had an awful experience with the management there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor management.. Especially to access the pool..need to booked, but when we there early morning before pool operate first session already full.. Children cant make noise on pool.. Residents complaint..
Hallo management!! Visitor is the one who earn the income to manage the area!! Your resident owed the facilities bill up to 10K..what hv u done..???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit difficult for us to enter the building & room it's self. May be it's due to security matter. But anyway, the building is very new & in good condition. The room is clean and spacious. Especially the living room. May be because it's combined with pantry area. The bathroom is clean and hygienist. The public pool are very welcome and awesome. But due to this pendemic restrictions, it's a bit strict with regulations and security. My niece is disappointed due to she already que for swimming pool. But at the end, it's cancelled due to it's time for check out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay at, great service by the host. Clean unit, very nice bed and complete amenities in the unit. Also have swimming pool but have to booking earlier because there are limit entrance 90pax only for 1session.

This condo has become an airbnb place.
The guard were friendly. Easy parking. Visitors can park at level 4 and above. The carpark seems pretty creepy and not well maintained despite new building.
I did not go to swimming pool due to many bad reviews.
The water fountain is everywhere. The lobby is very gloomy, should’ve open the lamp 24 hours for lobby area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service for home stay. We only get the earlier booked apartment at almost 8pm. After waiting for hours. Reason being is the unit is not ready. After 7.00pm they said, they willing to refund the money as we not patience enough and there is so many customers wanted for the apartment. Very unprofessional and erogant management.
The lift only 2 in working condition when to check out. Hour of waiting to go down to car parking level.
Cleaning and paper wall to improve as well

Good experience. except for limitation for people to enter swimming pool. 1 card for 3 people. imagine having 6 in a family. the other 3 cannot play in pool. and only can play for an hour. big and beautiful pool but such a waste cannot play together with family. im sad ?
