★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Received the ice package that was opened (plastic removed totally) and poured into the bucket this morning at 8am (cafe was still closed). Called the driver immediately and asked why they removed the plastic, but instead of apologizing for their ignorance, they actually speak very rudely. They hung up my phonecalls 3 times and later decline the calls. Called the headquarters and this 1 star is only dedicated to Ms Nurul for attending to this matter professionally. Atlas Edible Ice, please train your delivery team SOP, manners and of course hygiene. This is crucial.
