I bought an electric scooter from them, and it could not start a week after I received it, and my nightmares with them started.
1. I called their number, they asked me to record a video of the problems to them, and they never did come back to me.
2. I decided to take the scooter straight to their shop. When I reached the shop, I tried to get the attention do the assistant, he looked at me, and then turned away as if he never saw me calling him. After that, I got the attention of the other shop assistant, he told me that I had to leave the scooter there for two days, and also refused to answer any other questions I had.
3. After one week, I still have not heard from them. Tried calling the service number (the shop was about to close), she asked me to send in receipt so that she could check the next morning. The next day, she read my message, and never did reply and did not pick up the phone.
I still where my scooter is and if I’m gonna get it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had expected a proper showroom and sales outlet with models of the ebikes they are selling as promoted on FB and e-commerce platforms. However, this is more a grungy storehouse. For the general buyer, nothing really much to gain in coming here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Traumatic experience with ATV SPORTS. First time met such irresponsible & deceiving seller on lazada. They claim to hv 3year warranty, but only after 2months of usage of their treadmill had caused a serious accident to me. I fell flat face down when the treadmill suddenly went berserk, it was faulty and suddenly spike to a speed out of it's maximum range, which is only speed 6 max. The photos attached is the entire process of traumatic experience with ATV SPORTS, they did not compensate us anything, not to mention the 3year warranty that did not even happen. they toy us around when we approached them regarding the incident, pushing us around to one staff to another, having us to repeat the entire incident again and again.
I seriously regret not filtering this company on google reviews before i purchase, i blindly believed the reviews on lazada and shopee.
They hv many good reviews on thise platforms because those buyers usually give good review when the machine is working well on 1st usage. When they realised the machine isn't working anymore or faulty(within warranty period), believe me, also According to most google reviews here, you can't reach the seller, they ignore your messages, toy u around.
Conclusion, ATV SPORTS a very terrible seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Selling in Shopee but without the model n color. Asked me to add $130 to change the model n color. After delivered, the driver asked me to pay immediately. After checked, the basket n pedal was broken. Only agreed to replace pedal, asked me to settled the basket by myself. Gave me tracking number n said that the item has replaced but after 1 week, it yet to replace n saying has replace issue. Really a cheating company. When buying goods from this type of company, need to consider
