★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lokasi yang sesuai, sangat dekat dengan UTM. Mudah untuk ke UTM jika ada urusan seperti pendaftaran masuk UTM atau majlis Konvokesyen. Mudah untuk ke gerai makan yang berdekatan seperti meletop dan anjung desa. Cuma, harga rumah perlu dipertimbangkan lagi, mungkin boleh memberi diskaun jika penyewa menyewa lebih dari 1 malam.
The ideal location, very close to UTM. It's easy to get to UTM if there's a business like UTM sign-up or Convocation. It's easy to get to nearby food stalls like a hut and a village porch. Simply, home prices need to be considered again, it may give discounts if tenants rent more than 1 night.
