★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came from SG to check out the facilities over the weekend. Great facilities, open concept, friendly people and in a nice gated facility. Safety is a plus but clearer direction on the web would have been great. Called them and the friendly staff gave clear directions to the place. So issue solved :]

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge TQ to Austinloyal team and their physiotherapist, Amber. I had supplementary physio sessions with them for pre & post ACL surgery - while in JB for work. My ortho surgeon, Dr Ezlan in Pantai Hospital was very happy with my recovery progress and hopefully I will be back on field again ! It was indeed a great recommendation from my friend. Cheers !

Definitely worth paying a visit and it was a great chat with the owner who has a great vision in setting high standards for the local private healthcare industry - such a vibrant place does exist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Making appt for the visit was hassle-free. Cleanliness pretty well maintained and very peaceful. Was there to get info about the facilities and charges as theres a promotion running this month. Very reasonable charges for short/long term stay as the nurses are there 24/7 with personal call bell by each bed, basically the nurses are just a bell away. Friendly staff and manager. Highly recommended to check it out if anyone’s looking for a nursing home that have strict visiting policies and highly values privacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the most modern and cleanest nursing home I've ever been. Was recommended by a well known specialist in KPJ so I decided to have a look as mum was soon undergoing a major surgery and we're unable to look after dad. Dad loved the place the moment we arrived. The whole place is well decorated and of course, he loved his room. The owner even took a family photo for us to be placed in his room which I think it's a rare personal touch. One month went by quickly, dad's finally home with us and mum is recovering well. Mum was given free physio sessions after surgery and it was much appreciated. We're pleased with everything that Austinloyal has provided for my dad throughout the stay. Truly a 5 stars nursing home !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommended by our family friend so we brought grandma for quick tour a few days ago. Grandma was skeptical about the condition of the conventional nursing homes in Malaysia. She likes the place setup very much especially it’s clean, no bad odour and staff seem to maintain good level of hygiene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feels at home as the environment is clean and tidy which is very different from other conventional nursing care center. The owner is a graceful and elegant lady who has a heart of gold showing concern for everyone. Nurses there are very friendly and attentive as every request/ call bells are quickly attended 24/7. Definitely a 5 stars rating nursing home and the optimal choice amongst nursing care in Johor Bahru.
