★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I installed 2pcs Led Light for my car on 17/7/2020. (6 Months Warranty) The person was very nice and responsive to me on the day i installed. 2 days back one of my led light spoiled which means not functioning. Today i came here back no one entertain me and made me to wait about 20 minutes without giving any solutions. Later the tall guy(might be supervisor/manager) came to me and tell we have no stock so we cant claim the warranty for you. As a solution he asked me to add another RM 150 to replace a new good quality LED. I was like why i have to pay another 150. It's a huge loss for me and I'm very unsatisfied and unhappy with this kind of careless workers who don't fulfill the customers' needs and satisfaction. He said i have used the LED for 5 months it means he can deduct 100 ringgit from the spoiled led and i have to add another 150 for new good quality one. It means 250 total. When i buy this LED he said very good quality and recommended alot of customers buy now he saying this one not good. What the hell laa c'mon laa haihh im so disappointed. Money doesn't comes from tree.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, here i am trying to install a car alarm for my old car along with central locking. At first i was quoted RM180 the central.lock and RM200 for the alarm. They were 'kind' enough to give discount so the total is at RM360. Half way into it they said i need to add a retrofit wiring as to protect the wiring which they add RM100. I was still okay with it. Then suddenly they said the new alarm doesn't come with a start lock mechanism. And here i thought it was supposed to be standard for security that all alarms should have a start lock mechanism. And so needed to add another RM100 for that. And moments later needed to add the siren for another RM38 And the total came to a whopping RM580. I felt entrapped due to the sudden need to add things. Essential things for a car alarm system to properly work as suggested by the seller. First and last time going here.
Hard to find good honest mechanics nowadays. So sad.
Just to be fair, it would have been fine if they had checked everything first before quoting the price which includes the required add-ins . So i wouldn't feel trapped before agreeing to the work to be done.
